Integration4us Terms of Service

• Buyer must own the license for the scripts that they want to be integrated or customized. Example Social Engine + Idev Affiliate.

• FTP and Scripts Administration access must be provided by the buyer before Integration4us starts the integration. Other requirements might maybe needed such as payment gateway access, cpanel access and any related access to complete the integration or custom work. Send your access information to support@integration4us.com.

• The buyer is required to do a full backup on their site prior to providing integration4us site access.

• Integration4us will provide bug fixing support related to the integration or custom work only within sixty(60) days from the date of purchased.

• Integration4us will inform the buyer after every update or modification to the buyer’s site.

• The usual period for completing the integration is 3-5days starting 24 hours after receiving payment. This period excludes Saturdays and Sundays. For Example: Payment is received Thursday. The period starts counting on Friday and excludes Saturday and Sunday.

• Each integration is unique and Integration4us is not obligated to provide instructions on reinstalling each particular, unique integration and custom work. However, the buyer may request installation instructions for a fee of US$250.00 and must accomplish a signed agreement not to distribute the integration or custom work to another party.

• Buyer may request refund, Integration4us will refund the Buyer’s money within two(2) days from date of purchase, beyond two(2) days its no longer refundable because by this time Integration4us already started the work. This term applies only to non-downloadable products.

• Integration4us is not liable for any bugs associated and related to the scripts used in the integration or customization. For Example: Boonex Dolphin or Social Engine bugs.

• If in the event Integration4us was not able to complete the integration after 5 days due to unfortunate circumstances, Integration4us is allowed another 5 days extension. Only after the extension period of 5 days will the buyer be entitled to a refund if the integration was not completed. This term applies only to the integration listed in the home page as for sale and integration with additional custom work does not apply to this terms.

• If in the event Integration4us is not able to complete the integration after 5days extension — because the Buyer web site script has been highly customized or the script is not listed as part of the product listing that integration4us has, integration4us will determine another completion date. In this event, the buyer is not eligible for a refund.

• Integration4us scope of work will include integration, description, features, and functionality. Any work needed beyond this scope will entail additional fees.

• Integration4us reserves the right to resell the integration or custom work beyond what Integration4us already has in their list of products but the customer can request sole ownership for a fee.

• The buyer is given 7 days to check the functionality of the integration. After the 7 day period Integration4us will no longer be responsible for any bugs related to the functionality of the integration or custom work.

• Integration4us will not be liable in the event that the integration becomes unserviceable because of a scripts upgrade, plug-in installation, modification and similar not done by integration4us. However, Integration4us is obliged to reinstall the integration for a fee that will be determined in relation to the degree of the scripts upgrade or changes. The installation fee will be set by Integration4us.

• Integration4us programming logic and coding are standard in the industry and free of any malicious code. Integration4us has no obligation to explain how the code was written in the event of a buyer inquiry and/or challenge.

• Changes to our Terms of service and terms & conditions will be made without direct notification. It is your responsibility to ensure you check for changes in our terms of service and terms & conditions.

• For Sale Instantly Downloadable Products-License Agreement-Our product may only be used in any site owned by the purchaser. We consider it a violation of our Intellectual Property Rights for the purchaser to use or to allow our product to be used in any other site not owned by the purchaser of our product. The products comes with 30 days free upgrade from the date the product was purchased. To get the free upgrade send us your Paypal Transaction ID. All purchased are final and non-refundable.
